|Mark C. Hines is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Government at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
Mark has general research interests in American government and public policy. He conducts reserach on healthcare politics and policy, public opinion, political minority groups, and the policy implications of state-level direct democracy. Mark serves currently as the President of the department's Graduate Political Science Association. He holds an A.B. (summa cum laude) from Washington University in St. Louis (2006) in anthropology and political science, Master of Public Policy from the Georgetown Public Policy Institute (2011), and M.A. in Government from Georgetown University (2013).
